Our latest inca release includes a WHOPPING 90 languages 😎. The new range of languages means that inca’s leading edge AI probing can be used in countries across all Continents with both the inca Conversational AI platform and inca SmartProbe API.

The new languages added to inca include 13 African languages, 13 languages spoken across the Indian Subcontinent and 5 dialects of Arabic. A full list of the languages can be found here

We’re really excited to announce the latest release of the inca Conversational AI platform. inca was already the only truly quant x qual platform - with all the capabilities of a quantitative survey plus qualitative projectives and intelligent AI probing of open-ends – but inca’s deep insights at scale just got deeper. 

Participants now have the option to answer open-ended questions using voice or video, leading to longer, more detailed answers. Then, in real-time, inca returns a probe which participants can also answer by voice or video. Click here to see it in action.

Phil and Josh recently returned from the IIEX Europe Conference in Amsterdam, where they presented on innovative AI applications. Phil discussed the integration of inca SmartProbe API with Dynata’s surveys, enhancing insights from open-ended questions. Josh introduced neurosymbolic AI, highlighting its combination of system-1 and system-2 thinking, and demonstrated how inca’s SmartProbe utilizes this approach for more relevant market research insights compared to traditional conversational AI. Nexxt Intelligence has partnered with Microsoft Azure. The agreement will allow Nexxt Intelligence’s Inca SmartProbe API service to be hosted on Microsoft Azure’s servers in the European Union and other regions around the world, allowing clients who want to use our inca SmartProbe API service to choose to have their data hosted and stored within their country or region. The agreement means that inca SmartProbe API can now be hosted in France, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, India and the US. The Quirk's Media London conference was a great success for Nexxt Intelligence. It was a very successful conference. Our Managing Partner, Phil Sutcliffe, presented a case study with Michelle Cusumano, Consumer Insights Manager, General Mills, at the “AI: Powering Up Consumer Insights 2024 conference from the Market Research Society. The case study explored why General Mills chose an inca conversational AI methodology to inform the launch of a new range of Old El Paso products for the Australian market. It demonstrated how the inca conversational AI methodology, which uses AI to probe open-ended responses, provided richer insight than traditional quantitative research methodologies. This expansion allows users to enter information about the question objectives to 'fine-tune' the probing relevance, and a 'demerit' score which provides an evaluation of the quality and relevance of each open-ended response. Last month Nexxt Intelligence delivered a presentation and exhibited at IIEX Europe in Amsterdam. At the conference, and in the week either side, we asked people working in the market research industry to complete a short inca conversational survey about generative AI, what they think it means for them and the competitiveness of the organizations they work for. We launched the inca SmartProbe API. The API means that inca’s conversational AI probing capability can be added to any survey. Add AI probing of open-ended responses to any survey – deeper insight, faster. The API uses AI to provide relevant probes to answers participants’ give to open-ended questions. The result is deeper insight at scale, with participants’ answers to probes frequently yielding richer insight than their answers to the original open-ended question. While it may seem like a similar technology at a high level, the JDs look quite different for a customer service bot and for a consumer research bot: the former is trained to ANSWER questions, while the latter is trained to ASK questions.
